If you have a marital home but you reside in a care home, which address would be on the electoral roll?

I would think the care home.
I also can only say my opinion not know for sure but I would have thought where you reside. It is where I reside that defines which area I am on the roll.

But maybe you can nominate one ?
When I appealed a parking ticket (taking my nan from her care home to see my granddad at their home) I had to give the address of the care home. I presume that was so the council can check that she actually lives there.

I got off the parking ticket :-)
