I downloaded Malware, and ran it, but nothing changed. The advert strip appears when I use various wi-fi's. At my local library, I don't get the strip at all. On some websites. I don't get the strip(BBC, my bank). When I was on my bank website, I got a message asking if I wanted to allow add-ons. On Google, the adverts appear at the front of searches, and they are from 'buzzdock'
They have only started appearing in the last fortnight, so there must be some setting I can change to get rid of them. They are slowing my PC down.
HELP!!

Old Geezer, you're not that old!

I tried a few of the recommended solutions, and went to the library to check the results. And it was clear! Elated, I went to a pub, and it was back! I de-camped to another pub, and it's gone, and my PC is working quicker thatn it has been for weeks.

Thanks for your help, if it's gone, it's gone, and if it hasn't, at least my PC is working faster than it was. A Million+ thanks.
