Good Morning All, Down 2 lbs again. I can't believe it. This has been going on for ages but it must be the smaller portions. That is over a stone since Christmas. Good luck to the rest of you today and I do know that luck has nothing to do with it!

Yes, but it's easy to avoid that problem. I find if, before you start to shop, you pop into the store canteen and order a Full English with extra black pudding and fried bread, that fills you up and you aren't tempted to buy food for the week that you'll regret later.
I would think that after eating that you wouldn't need food for a week OG!
