out at the elbow [6] ??u?b?

view when fliers going over central spot [5,3] ????? eye - surely got to be bulls eye , can't be anything else, does everybody agree ?

so if bulls eye is correct the u is right in first clue

trouble about love [5] - again if bulls eye is correct this gives me ?l?r? - l from bulLs so thinking alert

bleat coming from mother first of all [3] m?a - maa, which i believe is a gull, so bleating gull -does this sound plausible. the middle letter whatever it is is first letter of out at the elbow
