What a wonderful thread, you have restored my faith in human nature. Dripping is wonderful, when we have roast beef cooked with a little lard and a peice of suet I save the dripping and always have a secret slice of bread or two with dripping. MrAsk won't eat it. I don't eat it every week maybe moderation is the answer.
