A local car dealer has signed me signature and now I have a registration document for a car that I left a £100 deposit on and a few days later phoned to say I was no longer interested in the car. I was prepared for them to keep the deposit, but I was not prepared for them to sign my name and put the car into my name. I now have a registration document for a £13000.00 car. I have phoned the car dealers and they have not phoned me back. The DVLA said to send the reg doc back to them and address it to specialist cases, but I am more angry about them signing my name with out my permission. Anyone know my rights

Hopkirk...... we will do as the DVLA have asked, but the fact remains that they falsely signed my husbands name - if this is the case the next car I buy I will put the queens name on the reg document so she recived my speeding fines.
