my washing machine does not always drain and spin it will do if I only put half a load in anything more and it won't any ideas

check the filter. should be on the front somewhere , its probs blocked (usually coins or kirbys) happens to mines all the time.

Could the drive belt also be running a bit slack and the heavier load causing it to over-come the friction grip between the belt and the drive pulley???
