Has anyone else had problems as a seller with Ebay? I have been a seller for a few years now just for my and my familys bits and pieces and I have always had good feedback and treated my buyers how I like to be treated myself eg good communication, truthful description etc. Out of the blue Ebay tells me I have been overcharging for postage which is completely untrue cos I always reimburse people if I have inadvertently done that, and say i haven't communicated well. It's all rubbish and I've heard of it happening to others. They have withdrawn my free listing days and imposed other restrictions on me. I tried phoning up but didn't get anywhere cos just told it's my customers feedback. My question is has anyone had success in dealing with this? I think it is very unfair as I have no way of defending myself. I don't know who 'Ebay' is in as far as writing to them. Any genuine suggestions would be most gratefully received. Many thanks to anyone who can help.

Contact Ebay through the Site Map & explain your dismay Dispenser, an Issue at this time myself, If there is a problem with either you or the Buyer, 1st contact the buyer, if that does not solve the problem contact ebay.
I believe sellers are now getting round this problem by adding the postage to the cost of what is being sold and advertising the postage as free.
You could add the cost of postage to the cost of the item, cos eBay now take a fee from postage as well. Make sure it doesn't make your item too expensive though.
Didn't I already say that?
