I'd like to try some carb free/ low carb options for breakfast, can anyone tell me what my options are? It must be quick to prepare, preferably not need cooking and be tasty! Also I'm not a big fan of eggs. Are there any fruits which are low carb but filling which I can eat on the move?

Kellogs all bran...the strands not the flakes. Little bit of milk and some splenda to sweeten.

Can you eat cranberries or blueberries as low carbs....or even strawberries. I know avocado is good as are olives....but i'd rather get to 40 stone than eat a single olive....yuk !!!!

Sorry andy but I think you will find that All Bran is full of carbs.

Why not try kippers?

Smoked haddock is good too - u can microwave it to save time.

Grilled bacon(lean) , mushrooms & tomatoes

Atkins do a Morning Start breakfast bar which has only 2 net grams of carbs. Several flavours, strawberry, apple, chocolate, cinnamon etc. Very good if you're in a hurry or away from home as they travel well.
