My elderly Mother is the major shareholder in a Company that hasn't traded for 5 years. She wants to wind up the Solvent Company but I understand she needs a letter to say the Directors have agreed to wind up and need to appoint an IP. The only asset is the land which will be sold for £25000. Can you advise how to go about this task as simply and as quickly as possible. Who is the best IP to pick and how much do they charge?
