I've been fasting and having just water since 9pm last night for a blood test today. Im even looking longingly at the cats biscuits at the moment! Anybody else hungry??

I am a tad peckish as it happens, but I have take the dogs out and feed the rabbits and chickens and then I will have my banana, kiwi, grape and natural yoghurt for breakfast washed down with a nice cup of camomile tea.

When I go for a blood test, I take a banana with me, so that I can scoff it within seconds of leaving the Surgery !

Well Smow, for teasing you this morning, there's a portion of Steak and onion pie with Guinness gravy, chips and peas, then a fresh cream strawberry trifle, then an Irish coffee if you want
