Micra 2004 Squeaking Suspension.

MICRA has started squeaking in last few weeks when going over ramps, bumps etc. Would it be anything to do with all the grit lately on the roads?
Any way I can spray lubricant by aerosol or the like round it. Can't afford expensive repairs. Thanks in advance.

my niece had similar problem noticed when she was reversing off her drive, she was told it could be suspension spring she hasnt used the car as been on hols, just a possibility for you, her friend had looked under the car and apparently could see that it was the coil/spring hope this helps

You can spray lubricant but that would soon make everything worse when it rots the rubber bushes, Grit does not squeak, it could be loose bushes
