Last April I applied for the return of money taken for missold insurence, in June I recieved a cheque from my bank for the money taken for credit card, they informed me that they were looking into the personnel loans that I had taken out with them previously, on the 30 July I recieved aletter saying that I had been missold insurence and that I woyuld recieve a cheque with in 28 days.I have not yet recieved this I am on the phone every Monday complaining but I have got nowhere, I am just being fobbed off and told it has been sent to the department that sends out the cheques and that it has been escalated what ever that may mean. It has been 2 months now and I would like to know what I can do about it, if I owed the the amount that they are owing me I would be recieving solicitor letters. thankyou WHF
