i was checking someone out of the hotel i work in and she showed me her confirmation from ebookers - she had been charged �178 for two rooms, we were billing the agency �102, and if she had called me directly i could have done the rooms for �112 - so if your looking for accommodation, always email / phone the hotel and ask for their BEST price - hotels often have a selling price and a best price! - (the �10 reduction we offer the agency is commission)
