Why do you want to retract your statement?
If you have accepted a Caution, that is the end of the matter.
The end of the matter for her, jack, but she's trying to get her ex out of the doo doo.
You may make a second statement retracting your first. However there is every likelihood that the CPS will still continue with the prosecution and you will be required to attend court to give evidence. This will not be a comfortable experience as you may be declared a “hostile witness” by the prosecution. Best to leave your original statement intact (provided it is true).

By the way, it is much easier for people reading your questions if you try not to use “textspeak”. Proper English makes it less likely that people who might be able to provide a decent answer might give up trying to understand what you are saying (as I almost did).
