I know how you feel to be down about your size, sometimes I can't face going places where people will know me, but happier in the next town up where I can be fat old me!

Lainiej-if you're around the Onward and Upwards thread is open for April and you'll be welcome to join us. We help motivate each other and have a check in day on Wednesday when if they want to, people say whether they've managed to lose any weight.

I only joined 2 weeks ago and have a long way to go so hop over and keep me company!
