I'm just watching One Born Every Minute and I was wondering what would happen if the fire alarm went off during the last push? Would they just stay and deliver the baby or tell her to stop so they can evacuate?! haha!

No - one just sat there, all contented, like a big, fat Buddha (still a happy sort now) and the other one didn't stay still (exactly the same now - have to say that she is the 'evil' twin (as per the Simpsons episode)).
