I am 65 with a retirement mortgage. How can i have my daughters name on the property? I don't think her name can be added to the mortgage as it is a retirement mortgage (which was the only way that i could keep my property after a divorce). Is there any legal way that i could sign my property over to my daughter at this time?

unlikely. no mortgage company is likely to want to finance a house that doesn't belong entirely to th mortgage holder/s
Retirement mortgage? Not sure what you mean.
What's wrong with giving it to her in your will? Far less contentious.
Sell it to her?

When you say 'retirement mortgage' , is it an equity release scheme?
What's a retirement mortgage?
I was wondering if that was what she meant factor. No chance if that's what it is.
