We like cheese with jalapeno peppers in it - it adds a good bite to a plain sandwich.

That sounds really really nice Boxtops, thank you - do you mix with mayo or just grated cheese? Guess either or would be lovely, cheers! I would actually prefer to add that to plain old grated cheddar - NICE!!
