WHAT IF THE DIFFERENCE THE HAYS DIET AND SLIMMING WORLD

I have just been reading that Jane Torville has been on the Hayes diet and she looks amazing, but does anyone know what the difference is between this and Slimming World. Thanks.

There are a lot of versions of the food-combining / Hay Diet approach - some are very lenient - but when it's done as it's meant to be done it's pretty restrictive - only fruit & fruit juices till noon, then your main eating done between noon and 8pm - with NO mixing of proteins and starches (no fish & chips, no meat or cheese sandwiches, no meat and potatoes, no spag bol, etc etc -this is the most difficult bit because Western diets revolve around mixing proteins and starches) - most veg and salad stuffs are neutral so can be eaten with either proteins or starches - Fit For Life by Harvey & Marilyn Diamond is one of the best books for the purist approach.
p.s. the slimming world diet looks to be a lenient version of the Hay Diet, so much easier to maintain - but consequently, the benefits will be less radical
