No hope here in the midlands but sighting time is 5 32pm for 2 mins SW departing SSW.
There is no sighting tomorrow but a short one on Sunday at 5 14pm.

Sightings after that will be early and middle of night passes which I do not post.

Thanks Wendilla. For once we have lovely clear skies (I bet I've just jinxed that now)
wendilla, always delighted to see your posts.

but when you say ssw and sw should i loook towards the lamppost down the end of my lane, or just over the shed in my back garden?

i live in the midlands.
lol, I need a compass as well, its cleared up a great deal in West Yorkshire so I reckon I'll have 50% chance of seeing it... if I get my bearings right.
sssh, the first time I went outside was about 9.10pm. Mr Alba came to join me and asked what I was doing so I told him. He held my shoulders and turned me round.

Who said women have no sense of direction??
wendilla, could you also post this to the woman who's garden backs on to mine. she always seems to get the wrong impression when i am tip toeing around my garden in the darkness with my binoculars.

Sorry Ankou didn't get back to you as I had to go out . I have not got that problem as most of the neighbours know now .But if I am looking at anything in sky from backdoor with binos I have to make sure I put my light out or may get accused of peeping tom.
