netbook freezing

A little help needed please. When I try to print a web page using the print icon on the taskbar,the printer starts to feed the paper,then stops and the computer freezes completely. Disconnect printer and the blank sheet of paper appears in the print tray. The only way I can clear this is to disconnect the battery and reconnect it. Any help much appreciated. Eric

Have you tried right clicking twice on anywhere on the desktop and scrolling down to `print`?
