Just read an interesting question........, should people pay a small fee ie £5 to see a doctor or attend a&e?

Would this keep timewasters from..well time wasting really?.

Thanks for all replies! Interesting points and a difficult situation! Dunno my point of view! Wouldnt like to see anyone declined treatment but again timewasters are not effectively dealt with!

I can see your point tinks, but what about people with serious chronic illness who have to see the dr regularly? Mr mac falls into this category, and we would be bankrupt if he had to pay for every visit....
That is so not funny, funnygirl. That is the worst quack I have ever heard of. Have you reported him to the authorities. That could be dangerous to you, and everyone else.
jonnyboy....take it easy........he may have been Googling something quite different. One use to consult reference books at one time....every doctor did.....now it is the internet.
