How do I get to the on/off switch? There seems to be a problem with the cable connection to the switch as when using the cleaner the power goes off intermittently when the cable is moved.
prev built in cd player in telly broken......how do i fix it?!

That sounds as if the cable connection is faulty? what does it say in the manual?

Yes we believe there is a faulty connection at the on/off switch. The problem is that we can't access the back of the switch to rectify the problem.

you need a bent screwdriver like tool to free the switch cap - costs about 90p from ebay - this gives access to release the cable and replace it
