No, 0800Buster only works for freephone, rather than paid-for numbers. However, it's usually possible to find geographical alternative numbers for 0870/0845s too. See the full SayNoTo0870 guide for more info.

0800 number can be phoned of a mobile charging me its cost you phone an 01??? number and put in the 0800number and it will charge you out of your inclusive minates insted of it being unbilled is there any for 0845 numbers

there shound be an 020???????? number to phone so i can call 0845 and 0800 that will take my inclusive minates and not 0800 and 0845 rates just local rates thanks

I believe suna is asking if there is a number they can dial (such as 0800 xxxx xxx or 0845 xxxx xxx) which will use up the inclusive minutes they have on their mobile price-plan, and yet the call will forward itself to a national fixed line number instead, which the price-plan normally charges for.

Or it may be the other way around I guess.

In any case, I don't know; I think one would need a specific example or two, but the answer is probably, "no".
