Button's crew changed the wheels and tyres in 3.8 seconds today, is that a record? I did a google and the fastest I could find was a 4 second stop in and indy race.

that is seriously quick - I saw Gerhard Berger's team change just his tyres out on a Sehll station promo in Belgium back in 1984 in 4 secs.

I have also heard that they can do a fuel stop in 4 seconds. Is this correct?

They don't do fuel stops anymore.

In practice last year (before that start of the 2010 season) Red Bull changed four wheels in 1.8 seconds. I know it doesn't count as it was not under race conditions, but it's nonetheless impressive !
