I need to find a graph showing residential land prices in the South East for the period 2005 to present day. I've found one for house prices but not for land.

To Bednobs - To be more specific, the land in question has planning permission so that's why I termed it 'residential'. It's not arable land as that would command a different price.

don't really know what you mean when you say "residential land" - land is land, you can't live on it unless there are houses

If it was new build then althought not totaly correct it is thought to be whatever the house sold for was 1/3 land, 1/3 build costs and 1/3 profit.

However a few of the big builders have a 15% profit margin so don't know how that works out :)
