I read the comments on You Tube for the clip - he has had airtime in the US with his video clip. The little boy (in a pink outfit) is really cute and looks so happy and contented.

Is 'bills' the American word? (As everybody is seeing bits and balls everywhere;-) If so, what do you Brits call them?

Bills is correct - blurry eyesight comes with age though. Now that I am in my 40s I can expect rapid deterioration of my sight - according to the very young optician.

Thanks wolf. I'm in my fifties and my eyes don't know what they're doing either... but also I'm always aware of NOT being aware of all the differences between British English and American English.
