Lifted laptop up to go into another room and must have pressed something,all the text on the page has gone really small,any ideas how to get it back to normal?

It might depend on which computer you have. I have a windows vista, pressing the control key and the plus sign key together usually does it for me.

Yes, you can do CTRL and either plus or minus to make things bigger or smaller. CTRL and 0 resets it.
