tiny pic free image hosting photo sharing

I have done this before and can't for the life of me remember how I did it.I am reg with it .and want to put up a small pic on ab website. I have got as far as up loading the pic but what do I do after that . Thanks for any help..I know someone from here told me last time and I should have wrote it down as it was long time ago. Perhaps it was Chuckfickens Where are you today.?

when you've uploaded it you will get a list of addresses for sharing the picture, just copy and paste the address labelled direct link for layouts (the bottom one) into your post on AB
