Many thanks Chris for sending that but I don't think it is the same. This letter comes from Vancouver,Canada. But the cheque is from Lancs. the cheque is for only £10 and has CHEXX INC.com on it.
Looks like the same sort of thing as Chris has posted about. Think I would just shred it.
If it's a sterling cheque, drawn on a UK bank (with no terms or conditions specified for getting your money) you could simply ask your bank if they'll accept it.

INCHECK doesn't operate incentivized schemes (such as surveys or 'click through' payments) itself. The company simply offers a a payment system for such firms to use. (ChexxInc does a similar job but I can't find any online references to the companies being linked). So it's possible that you've participated in some scheme (branded completely separately to those payment companies) and you're now getting what you're owed.

As long as you don't make any payments yourself (or hand over personal financial details) you might as well see what happens when you try to pay the cheque in.

Chris
Just received the latest bill from BT. Does anyone else find their BT bill difficult to understand? I think they make it unnecessarily complicated.
Sorry, this should have been a new topic, so I will repost
No Denis, I've got mine too (I only get on-line bills from BT these days) - seems clear to me.
