I have seen on the telly an ad for an electric tooth bruch and you see different people cleaning their teeth but they aren't moving the brush much,

Are you suppose to do it like that with an electric one or brush as normal anyway?

Thanks

No...just move it slowly over each tooth.
brush as normal (mums a hygeinist). make sure you brush the start of your gums too :)
but dont scrub. like ummm says you dont need too much pressure.
I always gently glide over my teeth & gums with mine.

No point in putting too much pressure, or trying to 'scrub', as the brush spins very fast & cleans each tooth & gums for you.
