My daughter's BF, an extremely fit, active, ideal weight, ex-Army man has recently had a very red face. He hasn't been in the sun (it's more of a red face than a tanned face) and people have remarked upon it.

He has no other signs and no symptoms.
Could it be high blood pressure?

Has he changed shampoo or soap that could be affecting his skin?

Most things in their house have been changed to organic, chemical-free, perfume-free mild things - because of my daughter's eczema.
