Hi i AM HAVING A COURSE OF aCUPUNCTURE, i AM CONFUSED AS TO WHY DURING THE SESSION THE ACUPUNCTURIST IS CHECKING MY PULSE ON BOTH WRISTS ANY BODY HAVE THE ANSWER. I HAVE HAD 3 SESSIONS OUT OF 6 AND SO FAR FEEL NO DIFFERENCE, PERHAPES I WILL AFTER ALL SESSIONS. CHEERSE WHF

He can add 30% on the bill if he checks your pulse, for Christ´s sake, don`t let him do a rectal as that is VERY expensive...........and uncomfotable.
in chinese acupuncture the nature of the pulses is used to assess energy flow and the left/right balance of the energy did they do the thing with the joss stick near your fingers and toes too...strange sensation..all the assessment stages in acupuncture and reassessment every visit is why a session lasts about half an hour to an hour rather than the 6 mins you get from your GP if you are lucky...ignore Sqad surprised you haven;t felt any difference...I felt worse after the first one and increasingly good on subsequent ones...
