Are they really colds? Could well be allergies
I take Echinacea tablets - it's a plant extract - I haven't had as many colds as usual this year.
4Get is right, it could be allergies.
Yes true, the pollen count has been very high this year, I'm on an antihistamine as well.
yer take an antihistamine and see if it helps x
I think you go through cycles when it comes to contracting viruses. When I was at college I was always home off sick and I always lost my voice as well. That never happens now. Maybe if you are exposed to viruses often enough, you get immunity. The only thing you can do is eat a healthy, varied diet. Get lots of sleep and don`t get too stresses (been proved to affect immune system) I`ve always believed that if I think I`m going down with something I need to rest. I would never partake in exercise because I would be diverting my energy from fighting the virus
Have you moved to a new area..if so you are being exposed to a new selection of viruses.that are in the local population.... you just have to get the 'local colds'
Zinc. Yake the otc zinc tablets. It increases you immunity. When you take a tablet you should lick it first. If it tastes chalky take two. If it is bitter one is enought.
Are you getting enough sleep?
And are you drinking enough water?
