Track it from here nearly the time
Thanks.
Sorry - but shouldn't this be in Science section?
Question Author
sorry should read nearer the time

No smart 1 I have been putting up this info on here for months and last year as there are more people on this site
Possibly smart but wendilla has always posted it on here
Question Author
Sorry Smart 1 but I didn't mean that reply to be offensive . Most of the people that now watch out for it never new it existed so that you could see it . I don't go into the science much so I would not get much response there as we are not experts in this .Just what I have read on here and seen.
When am I going to see this darn thing
I think perhaps i need a compass to ensure i'm looking in the right direction

Am i correct in saying it does not flash / twinkle ?

wendilla, what's the progress rocket? I've seen it listed before but I don't know what it is.
Question Author
Berti just look at the largest planet it is like that it glides across the sky it does not blink or twinkle
Question Author
Progress it the rocket that goes to the space station with supplies it has been there now it has left with all the trash and rubbish which will disintigrate when it reaches our atmosphere . Not being very tech thats the best way I can explain it
It was really clear tonight - not being fully dark, it meant that I wasn't distracted by the stars being out. Bertiwooster, it's tracking right overhead when it comes, roughly North-West to South-East - you'll know it when you see it, it moves very smoothly, quite fast, no twinkle, no noise.
cant wait to see it again tonight! last night was bright, clear sky --no cloud!
i wouldnt miss it for anything, its a great sight to see

Another good viewing here in the midlands. tomorrow time is 8 51 for 4 mins so that should be good then again at 10 26 but just 1 min.
last night, it went from n --s right across the sky!
Tonight it got directly above us and then suddenly --boom --gone disappeared out of sight!
was that because of the shadow of the earth?
