Anyone know anything to help with terrible toothache? I have lost a filling and cannot get an appointment til Wednesay. I am in agony so any help would be gratefully received. I have tried painkillers with little success.

A few weeks ago the same thing happened to me and I asked the chemist who rec`d Orajel, and it really worked. £5.15p a tube but well worth it.
Get to your nearest chemist and buy an emergency filling kit. It's supposed to be temporary, you mix it up and stuff it in the hole, it does help. We never go on holiday without a pack, just in case. It's a little pack with filling goop, spatula etc.
rinse your mouth with salt water (using water from the kettle)

take painkillers
028 90263992.. Dental out patients on ground floor of Belfast City Hospital lisburn Rd They're there until 4 PM
I'd agree with the temporary filling kit (Boots,Superdrug) it has kept me away from the dentist for months. Can't beat clove oil too.
I have the Boots temporary filling BUT you have to be careful youre not filling an already infected area.
Your own Dentist should have a recording with an emergency number.
Failing that my own GP advised me to go to your local A & E who have emergecy Dentist.

Dont suffer.

I know i have echoed all the fantastic advice people have posted but its just to let you know that its standard practise.
Definatly clove oil, works a treat.
