Hmmmmmm.... Any way....

As you may know I broke my ankle quite badly a year or so ago and have had surgeries since to rectify the damage caused. My last surgery was in March and I am up and about walking to a degree now but having serious Achilles pain to the point where yesterday I could not put any weight through my foot.

How can this be relieved?

Thanks
Take the arrow out of his heel?
Ibuprofen 600mgms twice daily.

Squad I am already on painkillers. Tramadol, Paracetamol etc... It is not enough. Surely there is something else I can do?

I need to get back to work soon and if I cannot put weight through my leg all day then I cannot work - it is getting ridiculous.
Tramadol and Paracetamol are not NSAID's and those in my opinion are what you need.

I would mix the combination of Ibuprofen with Paracetamol every four hours if necessary.
