I have lost a download from i Player

Hi I downloaded a part of a series from the BBc i player ,only problem is ,I cannot find it ,as it downloads automatically I did not have the chance to put it in a file ,any ideas please.

How long ago did you download it?

Iplayer downloads are normally only valid for 7 days, if you don't play them before that they are deleted.

if you open the BBC iplayer desktop program it should be listed then.

(btw if you just click on the download link on the iplayer webpage and you've not got the iplayer desktop program installed it won't download anything)
