had a lovely chicken casserole for tea, then fancied something sweet so took the healthy option and had a few nuts and raisins that did'nt do the trick so i'm now on the chocolate, i have lost 2 stone in the last six months with a combination of diet and exercise, but the way im going i will be putting it all back on again.

You do have to treat yourself every now and again though, otherwise you will just be unhappy = ) Congrats on the loss though.
I am NEVER satisfied.
I don't have to worry about my weight as I never seem to put any on (No matter what I eat).
I would LOVE to be in a room full of Jelly Babies and Midget Gems and some cakes.
That is heaven...
But no,
I don't get a room full of Midget Gems, I get people talking about chicken casseroles!(Yuk! I can't stand ANY casseroll!)

Greedy im treating myself a little to often lately although i do tell myself as i am exercising i can afford to, just wish that when i've had that little treat that was enough.
And your Avatar is just making me worse, Fruitsalad...
Your telling me. I have been sat on my bum for nearly a year due a leg break, dying to get out and about and exercise. Soon hopefully.
Is is the TOTM?

I always crave carbs then.

mmmmm jelly babies my favourites
Start smoking :)
a big packet (Not that expensive Rowntrees stuff) of Tesco's own for 69p!
I love Jelly Babies, but I rarely get them (Don't you love life...

NoM yes the tail end of it, i was craving before, during and now after
I normally opt for strawberries or pineapple as a sweet for after dinner

the problem with eating sweets or chocolate is the addictiveness, the more times you have them the more times you will crave them, your body gets used to the massive sugar hit. chocolate is massively fattening to any diet.

Poor old you greedy, you'll soon be up and about on that leg, gosh that would make me stir crazy if i could'nt get out and about
Not me, I stay on the PC
(Youtube, Answerbank, Sims 2)

Of course I'd like the sugar hit...
I want it more (I'm feeling a bit low and bored)

when i say chocolate it is the plain dark one the one that says 74% cocoa i kid myself that makes it ok
Apparently sniffing sweet almond oil can sate a sugar craving without having to resort to eating sugar.
BBBEE you are young though, you can eat as much as you like, you wait to your matabolism starts slowing down and you put loads of weight on
Are you aware that Mars Bars can be used as part of a calorie controlled diet..?

Find a corner shop about a mile away...buy a Mars bar and put it in your back pocket.
Then just find a big dog ... and it will chase you home..!
Sometimes it is better to stop and think what it is you really want and just have that, nuts and raisins are full of calories too so you might as well have the high cocoa solids chocolate and get rid of the craving while having a good dose of anti oxidants and magnesium. I'm doing a low carb diet and high cocoa solids chocolate is my lifeline
I love jelly babies too but can't indulge because I'm diabetic, but I do buy sugar free jelly crystals and always have a bowl of jelly in the fridge, soo when I've got the urge I attack that bowl of jelly and that seems to satisfy me, it also gives the feeling that I'm full so I don't want to attack anything else.
