Antique Plates How do I Identify these items

I have a set of plates they are white with a dark blue floral pattern we believe these plates to be well over 100 years old.
They have been displayed on a Welsh Dresser for many years..
There is a number 10 on the base and the word BRISTOL these appear indented on each one.

I googled Plate "Bristol 10". Keep googling.

The number on the bottom of each one should read 10-70
I think you have to break one open and count the rings. If there is 100 or more, it was an antique.
If it just has a place name and not made in england on the bottom I think it is before 1910.
