Some long distance runners can eat Porridge ,bananas ,energy sport drinks or energy sports bars ,I have great difficulty in eating any of these items.
What do you eat or drink to give yourself energy.

Why can't you eat them they seem pretty bland to me. I tend to use malt loaf.
