Anyone managed to speak to PayPal?

Has anyone actually managed to speak to a real person on the end of the phone at PayPal? I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate a problem via their Help & Customer Services sections for several days. My problem doesn't come under any of their listed headings. In desperation I rang their help number this morning and, guess what, another robot!!! It seems impossible to get help from them.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, EDDIES1, that was the number I phoned this morning & got the robotic voice. It wouldn't allow me to ask the question I wanted to to solve my problem. It's like banging your head against a brick wall! You were indeed lucky to speak to a real person who could help with your problem.

DSJ i have used the same number as eddie has given and spoken to them a few times. the lines used to be open from 6am till 10 pm
