CASH ISA DEPOSIT CEILING

Is there a maximum ceiling that can be put into a cash ISA. I do not mean the yearly limit butjust how much IN TOTAL over the years can be deposited in a ISA. Thanks for any advice.

No, so long as you don't exceed the maximum in each tax year.
According to Martin Lewis's Money Saving Expert site : "As Cash ISAs began back in 1999, it's now possible to have £34,200 plus interest"
Bear in mind that if you have more than £50k with one institution,the excess may not be covered should they go bust.
