I'm on meds for dental pain too. I'm taking 2 paracetamol, then two hours later 2 ibruprofen, then 2 more paracetamol in 2 more hours. Just make sure in the whole day you don't take more than it says on the back of the back.

I hope Pink meant "per day".

I have always been told I can take paracetamol and ibuprufen at the same time quite safely. Much easier to not go wrong with the timings then.
