Depends how long apart you took them....one each week for 4weeks? 4 times in the first week?

One negative could be false.
Two negatives could be false
Three negatives unlikely to be false
Four negatives......you are not pregnant

I agree with sqad, I would see the doctor to find out whats happened to your period, it is unlikely that you would be pregnant.

If they were all in one day, then definitely. If seperate, possibly

My second bundle of joy happened after the Doctor had suggested a hormone to bring on the period, as the test was negative. I said not to take it

I could also be ectopic, which needs very prompt treatment
