I think you mean switch off, not of.

But I don't think you can.

Most programmes are signed and unsigned, so you may need to find the version on ITV player that is unsigned.

In the evenings, ITV programmes are signed for the deaf, but they are usually repeats of programmes shown earlier in the day, when they weren't broadcast with an in-vision signer.

I imagine both versions of the programme are available on ITV player.
