How do you delete photos that have been transfered to i Pod Touch ? I cannot find info within the manual.

You don't delete on the device itself.

When you sync the iPod, simply choose which photos you want synced. Untick the photo albums or folders you don't want synced, and they'll be removed next time you sync.
