KM Links Game - November week 2

Winding up or down after a very busy week of action here in the Antipodes - too many lunches, too much bubbly and much too much money spent trying to back winners during the Spring Racing carnival - thank goodness it only lasts a week, I'd be broke after managing to back a number of horses who all ran second !!!

Ah well, back to the calmer pastures of the KM Links - who am I kidding - anyway, depending who's in and who's out of the dungeon this morning, one of the early rising gang will post the words, along with their own selections, and then the free-for-all begins - the speed of which will be considerably determined by the state of this site, which has brought a new meaning to 'snail paced' in the last week or so. Along with a tendency to reject what you're trying to post and then losing the whole plot completely, it's made AB an interesting site to visit !!!

Come Monday morning, we perform the whole ritual again and then I go to work and return with the results - sooner or later !!

I understand from the Shrubbery Set that Pauline is some what under the weather and hope she makes a speedy recovery and returns to our midst very soon - the Shrubbery was definitely on the quiet side last night, in spite of the blokes' efforts to scandalise etc - think the laydees might have been outnumbered there, somehow.
Tough, just wait till Pauline returns, then look out !!

I hope everyone else is fit and well, and ready for the challenge Kate will no doubt set for us this weekend - if it looks too straight forward, then it probably isn't !!!

Hi Prescott - we tried carrier pigeons but the silly things kept hitting the Equator and then heading back !! so now my very kind friend JimJools emails a copy to several of us around the world so we can all enjoy doing the puzzle. btw, I'm a she not a he, but no worries !! S
