What is the correct temperature for my Onyx fridge at the moment? I have it set at 4 now as I had it on a lower setting before I defrosted it but when I switched it on again it was freezing everything! Is 4 OK? I do not have a thermometer at the moment.

Yes 4 deg C is fine, but that's not what the '4' on the control means. A thermometer is the only way to tell.
